All our beef is sourced from local farms in and around the Oxfordshire area and can be traced back to the farm where the cow was reared.
All of these farms adhere to higher welfare standards and are personally inspected by us, to ensure they meet our own high standards too. The cows are all fed a natural diet, free from growth hormones and additives.
Our beef really is among the very best. It is hung for a minimum of 14 days, right up to 40 days to give a beautiful rich, tender meat which is full of flavour. At Byrons Butchers, we still cut our meat the old fashioned way, straight from the carcass.
